Help with first Motobike

Picked this up off Howard Gordon at the Bicycle Heaven show yesterday. My first Motobike . Not sure what it is . New Departure model A without oil port, solid tires , badge is not screwed or rivited on , sweetheart ring . Would appreciate help id'ing
