Looking for help Identifying frame maker and Year. Thinking schwinn ?? The number on it is D430910. I believe the fork is wrong?

Schwinn yes, postwar incorporated kickstand, wrong fork yes. Someone else will give you the year.

Without looking up the number I can say it's an April 1964 serial numbered Schwinn cantilever middleweight coaster model.
