Help with schematic/ installation of Schwinn Deluxe Headset with Schwinn Cycelock/Springer fork.

I have a 1949 Schwinn Phantom 26" frame and Schwinn Springer fork. Unfortunately when the frame and fork were disassembled I wasn't present to record the order in which the headset was assembled. Does anyone have a schematic or can tell me how this headset is assembled? I have a good general idea, I just would like some confirmation. Thanks so much for your help.
