Help with what I should ask for my '38 schwinn goodrich streamline

It is a locking spring fork but I dont have the key, I'm not sure if it's broke off in there or not.

thank you for the clarification. I for some reason thought the bfgs had their own paint scheme. Either way great project. I’m sure a OA bath would do this one justice.
