Helping Identifying Bike

I came across this bike today and snapped a few pictures. Anyone have any idea as to what brand it is? Looked to me like the bars and stem were changed out. I know they are not the best pictures but I can get some more tomorrow.

I figured it out. The guy had the head badge in his collection he let me go through today.

Your badge eagle looks almost similar to the back of an American Liberty Double Eagle gold coin. Also has a reeded edge like the coin. Neato.
