Here’s my 1950’s Tandem let’s see yours!!!

These tandems pretty much stayed the same with very few changes from year to year. During the mid 50's into the early 60's some paint changes, fenders went stainless I think the last year of production, chain rings changed, it was updated with new Schwinn decals when there was a change. Minor details on the guard changed through out the years along with the type of seats.

Looks like 11/2/51, but there is a notable woops in the dates / numbers for 11/2 & 11/5 in the list

Yep, it could have been stamped on the 2nd too. Crazy Schwinn.

By the way, the serials on the these were always on the rear bottom bracket until the production ended.
