Just purchased. Serial is E16472, has the CW Cleveland Welding stamp. Skip tooth, rear facing drop outs. Paid $125.

Thanks for that Archie. Here's some photos of the serial number and head badge. I'm curious about the "U" shaped handlebars.

Thought I'd toss in photos of my recently acquired Road Master men's too as I believe it to be CWC also. The Road Master doesn't have the C with a W inside stamp on the BB and it has 12 stamped sideways beneath the serial number.

According to the same PM chart, the men's road master may be 1939; I believe the truss fork style is called the flying "V" (vee).
