Looks like a bike built by Cleveland Welding Company (CWC), with a looks-like Murray Ohio built crank set (Sears Space Liner?), and a bolt-on small boat light.
Research CWC tanks and CWC springer fork and any other CWC part or accessories (light), but be aware and accept that the value of the whole bike is normally less than the sum of its parts.

Cool bike. I wouldn't sell that headlight off of it. Looks original and a pricey piece.
