Hibbard Deluxe Schwinn ?? 1936??

Just picked up this bike , has a Hibbard "Deluxe" head badge on it , serial number is N09112, yeah it's pretty rough , but has a cool old light on front fender...well what's left of it !! The wheels have a Lobdell black stamp on them , the fenders have some braces i've never seen before...the front pivots at the bottom ?? It also has an M stamped into the right side of the bars ?? @GTs58

yes it came from a guys house maybe 30 miles from me...is it a Schwinn built bike ??

Does the seat mast measure 19”? Kinda looks like a tall frame. I’d agree ‘37/8 but not familiar with the “N” serial although I have seen a few anomalies but mostly Mead stuff.
