high wheel identification

I'm winding up a restoration on a high wheel bicycle, and was wondering if anyone could pitch in on manufacturers identity, and approximate year. All parts are stamped 39087, the front forks and rear yoke are fluted with an oval backbone, and it has a 2cnd pattern Kirkpatrick saddle. The bearings are double row clamped to the frame. Also, I need to find some pedals, it came with homemade ones.

I think singer fluted the rear forks and front , also had a bearing set like is shown,, premiere is the model built like that , I found a 48 in Mansfield Ohio, the back bone or perch was also fluted
