Your bike appears to be a "Gormully & Jeffery".
As for the model, I think a "Champion" is my best guess.
As for value, you are missing some important crank pieces. My best estimate would be somewhere in between $1000 to $2000, a similarly incomplete Columbia light roadster high wheel sold at Copake (Lot# 94) this past auction also missing some crank parts for around that price range.

Gormully & Jeffery American Champion 1886 -1887. $2500 considering the amount of work that needs to done if the intention is to get it rideable.
