I am looking for info, looks like it has an amateur paint job. I only have these two pics. Looking for idea of values, light, battery tube and seat, whole bike?

Fair value..... $1k... seat,headlight, and taillight are worth more than that alone. It has been restored. Its a 1936 or 37 Shelby Airflow. BUY IT BUY IT BUY IT BUY IT

Got it home and rinsed it off, old amateur re-paint, rides good .
