Highwheel - help with identification

Hello dear enthusiasts. Would someone please be so kind and help me identify this highweel? I bought it from an estate sale in Austria (Europe).

There are some markings on it - please look at enclosed pictures. There are:

BMH on the front,
britannia and made in england on the rubber ends of handlebar
sun metal on rear wheel
taiwan on pedals.

Front wheel diameter is 120 cm (47")
Could someone help me with identification of manufacturer, age of the highwheel and approximate value?
