Good morning/afternoon/evening, everyone.

I am hoping that you can all help me with identifying a highwheel, though I know they aren't always the easiest to do so. We only have one photograph of it, and the only information that I have is that it is from Waterloo, Wisconsin. Any information would be appreciated.

Based on the "T" shape of the backbone I suspect it may be a St. Nicholas.
