History of Schwinn Dealers in Portland, Oregon Area: 1980s-1990s?

It's a long story, but I'm trying to find out more about Schwinn dealers that were operating in the 1980s and 1990s in the greater Portland, Oregon area.

I recall that there was one called Phil's Cyclery and two others in Portland suburbs: one in Milwaukie, Oregon and another in Oak Grove or Gladstone, Oregon.

Does anyone recall and/or point me to some resource to answer this question?
