How does one date a Racycle? Where are they stamped?

Cruisin' on my Bluebird
Looks like a factory track bike to me. What do you guys think? The rear chain stay is very short compared to a standard rideabout. It is also very clear that the bike came with a huge sprocket given that the frame is indented to accommodate the bigger sprocket.
