This the High-Wheeler that Lowell Kennedy built for Jim to take around the country. He met at Memory Lane Classics to pick it up. He told me to try it out and make sure it worked :) :)
I loved talking with him...

Lowell Kennedy did the restoration on my 1887 Columbia Light Roadster.
I hadn't heard that name mentioned in a long time.
He was an amazing craftsman.

That is Jim and one of the google images of him. He passed away in December 21 of 2004. Thanks for remembering him and what he loved most!
PLEASE GIVE MY REGARDS TO TONI! NICE OF YOU TO REMANENCE!
HE GAVE ME THE MONIKER "FENDER DOCTOR" AFTER I ROLLED SOME FENDERS
IN THE SCHWINN FAMILY COLLECTION. ALSO VOLUNTEERED TO HELP HIM IN THE
OLD CHICAGO CYCLE BUILDING AND NORTH PIER TERMINAL BICYCLE MUSEUM OF AMERICA.
