    Sorry Matthew Davis, we're just having some fun......
    To address your question of value I would guess that in my parts (Huntington Beach CA) That's a $500 bike. Maybe a bit less, maybes the a bit more. If I were at a garage sale (like I always am) and had the opportunity to purchase it I don't think I would pay a dollar over $200. Does that help you out at all?

    Mine's from the fifties the whole back tub is made of wood solid Wheels on the back
