How much should I offer? Shawmut biciycle

On Training Wheels
A good friend and neighbor who buys and sells antiques usually asks me for value suggestions when he finds bikes. He called me today to check on a few that he took out of a local restaurant. Most were the usual 50s-80s nothing special. But, there were also these two beauties. Wooden rim, skiptooth chains, seem to be original paint. Both have really straight wooden rims. One has some very rough rubber tires. One has no name or serial numbers anywhere that I could find. The other has a head badge marked “Shamut” Bigelow and Dowse, (a hardware/general store in Boston). If you were trying to be fair, but still get a good deal what would you offer? Are we talking turn of the century here? 1910’s? Thanks in advance for any advice.

Would make a assumption that the Corbin Hub
Possibly dates the Shamut somewhere 1900 -1910
The missing badge looks Columbia - Westfield ( opinion only )
I would say you are $8-900 for Shamut $4-500 for franken
Bike.
Based on missing saddles , grips , tires , badge , missing pedals
Or mismatched . Then paint condition !
Everyone is guilty for jumping on these In these current
Conditions because they are Cool , but decision to buy is purely budget and future plans .
