How old? Probably at least dating back to very early 1900s if not 1890s or maybe even a bit earlier. Amazing that it still has the original leather seat top. Usually the leather has deteriorated away leaving the bare under carriage. Those big torsion seat springs are pretty neat! Not sure of value since I've never bought any trikes this old before. You could check ebay sold auctions to possibly see what a similar one may have sold for there.
One thing for sure...this is the real deal and not a repro!
