How to correctly pack & ship a bicycle

If this is in the incorrect forum, I apologize.

I could have sworn that there was a thread with pictures on how to correctly pack & ship a bike. I cannot seem to locate it.
Can someone please help? I need a bike shipped from a CABER who has never shipped a bike before, & I wanted to forward that thread. Maybe it was @DonChristie who posted it? I can't remember... (he packs bikes PERFECTLY)
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
I know there are YT tutorials, but thought for sure there was at least 1 thread on here about that.
