Looks like a ladies prewar Colson frame and fork.
Thank you for the reply, my grandmother had it in a yard sale. Luckily I grabbed it before they sold it for $10. I will ride it if I can adjust the seat and handlebars, but would like to know the value of it before I do, perhaps I should not ride it...

Craigslist resale value $50. But that's not to say it isn't a cool frame with a few desirable parts. A collector may want to pay that package price for the wheels, chain, fork, handlebar stem, headbadge, and possibly crankset and stand.

Not really. It looks to be a pretty complete bike and since it was your grandmother's, why not fix it up and ride it?
Grandma got it from an auction, not her childhood bike or else would keep. My plan was definitely to ride it, unfortunately it is small for me and will need different adjustable handlebars and a longer seat post. Don't have the space to store extra bikes where I live, so I may sell ...
