Thank you for the reply, my grandmother had it in a yard sale. Luckily I grabbed it before they sold it for $10. I will ride it if I can adjust the seat and handlebars, but would like to know the value of it before I do, perhaps I should not ride it...

You aren't going to hurt it. Like Mike said about the only thing original is the frame and fork--ride the wheels off it! V/r Shawn

Not really. It looks to be a pretty complete bike and since it was your grandmother's, why not fix it up and ride it?

That is correct. The bike has been repainted and everything except the frame and fork have been replaced with components from other bikes. V/r Shawn

Craigslist resale value $50. But that's not to say it isn't a cool frame with a few desirable parts. A collector may want to pay that package price for the wheels, chain, fork, handlebar stem, headbadge, and possibly crankset and stand.
