How to get air in this valve stem.

I think this light weight bike was made in Japan, I tried the cut the end off a regular valve stem cap that worked on another stem but not this time. Does anyone have the answer, thanks

Hi,
It's a presta valve stem.
It requires a pump with a presta fitting.
You unscrew the end of the stem when adding or removing air.

presta valve adapters are available online and at most bicycle shops, with one you can use your schrader valve pump or compressor
