Riding a '38 Autocycle Deluxe
Offered is this very nice mid 1930's Snyder 26" ballooner fork! It's been aligned and the threads have been chased. Steering tube is men's length original 6 3/8" measured top of crown to top of tube. Difficult to find in any condition. This was their knockoff of early Columbia and Shelby type crowns but if you look you can see the differences which identify it a Snyder. Finally and of note is that the original lower race is intact and in excellent condition which tells you the fork somehow slumbered through 85 years without much use! I don't know whether the paint is original so it's probably not, but it looks like red underneath.
