'Lil Knee Scuffer
Just bought this and interested to learn more about it. The serial number is 59720_C. 1942-ish? Not sure what's going on with that rack and those funky lights...they look old though. Never saw a chain ring like that either. I think the guy was getting ready to put a motor on it because it had a home-made tank taped to it so perhaps that explains the chain ring?...or not? Also, I assume these took delta torpedo lights? The paint looks OG but the guard may have been...um...touched-up? Was in a hurry so sorry for the lousy pics.
