You say DEAL when someone offers an amount satisfactory to you. If not satisfactory to you then say NO DEAL until someone gets to a price satisfactory to you. Please don't say DEAL to multiple people unless you have multiple items.

Ok just read rules so I list and receive offer say 100 I say deal but others can make higher offers which I can then accept also?

No, once you say "Deal" no one else can bid. You have to say "no deal" for bottom feeder bids and then wait and see how it goes. When the bids stall out then say "Deal." Game over!

Put it up there and I will start it at $150 to get it all going.
