Wanting to buy this Huffy Silver Jet. But know nothing about them and what the value is. Headlight is not on the bike but the owner has it. What would be a decent offer to make and what would be the potential value?

I'm thinking offer around $100-150, thinking value around $250 cleaned up, but depending on how the market is in your area.

If headlight and is a dual switch model work then the value might be $200.
Missing the tailight which at full value if present and working, would or could be close to $300
