This one has the gen-U-wine non working spring fork like the others we’ve seen.

But what really caught my eye was the chainguard.
Is that supposed to be an exhaust tip shaped into the rear end of it?
Don’t remember those.

Your presumption of the chain guard may be correct. Huffy used it quite a bit as shown on this Kool Kat I picked up a few years ago.
