I think it’s a Colson rear steer tandem , but not sure. Still awaiting a SN. Posting this for a friend. Would love some input.

Thanks guys. Thought it might be an earlier version of a Colson rear steer, but after closer viewing of the pic, I see I was way off.

Cruisin' on my Bluebird
Interesting how the front seat just hangs off the middle/steer tube. Don't think I've ever seen that before. I like the steering linkage and eccentric bottom bracket too. Cool bike!
