That looks schwinn all day to me. Thanks for sharing. One of the big tells on frame is the "moto" bar is 1in tubing.

I believe crank arm is Shelby.
Everything else looks Schwinn.
I'd say mid to late 20's. 1927 is a good bet.
I've seen fused truss rods as late as '31.

Shelby manufaction bicycle? Cranks are what they are- the frame needs diagnosis.

This is a 28" "The World " badged schwinn frame. Wooden rims. It had the same exact fork but I don't have it with these pictures, but it is the same one. The way in which the frame looks constructed the same at its joins...I would say yours is a schwinn frame.

Are your stays pinched in like this?? They do not looks the same on your frame.
