That looks to be CWC built. The bike in question is Snyder built. Different paint scheme too, which tend not to be equipped with tanks.

Looks like CWC "Bent Tank" to me( I think).

I believe this to be a Hawthorne Comet. They tend to have the lit rear carrier.
