Its got strong patina this one, but all its parts are still working and spinning. I haven't been able to find any identifying marks on it and its badge is gone. Does anyone got any idea what it could be? Is it pre 1930 or just really rusty?

It looks Turn of the Century(TOC) to me... and VERY tall. Love it! Can we see the frame next to it with the collet seatpost binder?

I think its a 36-37 hawthorne zep frame, its still got bits of red poking through everywhere too, so I hope the paint isn't too bad beneath all the grime
