I would like to know year and model by serial#

I have a bike frame with a serial number and little else to go on. The serial number is 3R2333. A friend gave me the frame only without a head badge. He told me that he thought it was a Hiawatha. They bought it from a neighbor about 40 years ago and it's unknown how long the neighbor had owned it. The heart crank came with the bike according to my friend. I tried to identify this with the Hiawatha images without much luck. There were a couple of bike guys that thought the rear wheel bracket was something they hadn't seen before. WIll this help anyone determine the make, model and year?

Hello..

You have what appears to be the the remains of a 1954-55 Evans-Colson (not a guess). The crank and sprocket are original. The seat and handlebars are not.

I would have guessed 1953–B (February?), based on the serial number prefixes, 3 & B.
