ID Help on This Henderson Schwinn?

Sorry I’m a bit rusty on my Schwinn knowledge. My brother just picked this bike up and asked me for some help/info. Looks like a pretty original motobike and has the Silveray front light.

I ran the serial number on the bottom bracket and it came back as being a 1955. Now that seems out of line, doesn’t it? This style frame and drop stand was earlier, at least I thought.

Any info you guys can help with?

Super cool! Looks like a 28 inch B frame in very nice original condition. Its not a 55, looks to be a 36-38.

Probably a 36 with that straight back keylock. Decent bike to work with. Definitely not a 55 or anything postwar.

Interesting, unusual bike.
It looks like the 28” wheel option model.
The fender light appears to be specific to that fender style.
Not the typical Delta Silver Ray.
Youve got a much less seen variant of the 36/37 Motorbike/Cycleplane.
Very cool!
