I live for the CABE
Sugino is my guess? Sugino made a cheaper copy of Campagnolo. Lots were used on Nishiki Semi Pros. Has the inner sprocket lip been filed off? Says STRADA (road) but looks like a PISTA (track). To further confuse the mixture, it says Stronglight on the crank spindle bolt. Is anything stamped on the chainwheel bolts?

do not recall seeing an example unmarked on its outer face previously, certainly does not mean none were produced
manufactured by the firm of Officine Meccanica Galvanotecnica of Brescia
frequently encountered marked with name of the bicycle to which it is fitted
also distributed as Avocet brand by Palo Alto Bicycle of California
there was a full Competizione road ensemble
if chainwheel original to chainset dentition marking should begin with a tilde ~

I gave my thanks in advance as I always do. I always appreciate answers and interest to my posts. As for never returning i didnt have anything to add, juvela mostly answers questions in depth as he did here. I see now i had a couple more questions but the bike is buried and hard to acess. I took it as sugino and was happy with that answer. Thanks for the interest

forgot to mention above that this generation of the Competizione model launched about 1975-76
the original generation launched about 1966, it is also a 144 BCD five-arm model
differs mainly that the central flute in the outer face of the arm expresses fine longitudinal grooves which appear as though they were made with the tines of a dinner fork
in the later 1980's a third generation Competizione launched which is all smooth and without fluting or stamping -
OFMEGA was the first producer to offer a 41T chainwheel for the 144 BCD, ~1975
meant they were able to sell a great many to cyclists who owned other brands of 144 BCD chainsets
eventually the folks in Vicenza seemed to notice and commenced manufacture of their own 41T

FYI, here's Sugino Mighty Comp - I bought the crank at UT Co-op bike shop in '78, when the splined crank on my Raleigh Grand Prix stripped on Austin hills.
The crank finally ended up on my daughter's Team Fuji.

Just the fact that it was stamped "strada" is indicative of an Italian made crank. I have a bunch of Italian cranksets (Campy, OFMEGA, Gipiemme, Rino, Galli); I will check to see if any match regardless of being badged or not. I know Galli had a very close Campy copy themselves, but I cannot remember the exact design (it was marked as Galli). I think @juvela is on the right track. Even though it may not be original, I was wondering what bike they are presently mounted on.
