Identification help 20's-30's

Hello,

I am hoping I can get some help identifying this tricycle.

I have been unable to find anything exactly like this anywhere.

There appears to be a arrow shaped decal on the side of the bike and a place on the front for a vertical emblem. The bike may have been painted over once. the handle bars have been repaired/brazed on to the column.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
