Identify this Brake Lever ?

This brake lever was buried in the Abyss with early pedal era motorcycle stuff... Looks familiar but not ringing any Bells...

Schwinn lever first introduced in 1940 for bicycles and whizzers... by around 1948 they added
the Schwinn script logo to one side...yours is pre 48
value rough like that? 20-40 bux

Ooops little weld repair needs finishing grinding etc.
