There are guys on here that know far more than I do about them, but that definitely looks Iver to me—the clean tube intersections (built with internal lugs), head set, crank, rear triangle, and drop outs, and the way the serial is stamped on the seat tube. The fork is different, but that could be correct for an L-D, I don't know.
