This is one of the hardest motobike era electric bar lights to find intact. Great nickel plating under patina surface. Has the swivel strut and the original mounting brackets! Thanks Gary; I am buying an early motorcycle otherwise this would be a keeper. I have only two others and they were both broken and missing parts. There is an advertisement I would love to find that shows one of these on a bicycle. I just can't remember where I saw it.

To be clear, I can’t remember the trade name of this lamp. The term “demon eye” and “cyclops eye” refer to early magazine and trade journal accounts speaking about the first generation electric lamps with magnified lenses. The lamp does have a bulb but sadly our tester’s batteries are dead.
