I live for the CABE
made in France around 1940-original except tires are NOS-quick change rear hub-one side is fixed the other is free wheel-the free wheel side needs attention as sometimes it works and sometimes you have to pedal a few rounds before it kicks in. awesome bicycle-pick up Lima, Ohio postal money order.

It looks more like a Columbia than something built in France, and the French were otherwise engaged in 1940... Where is it marked Fabrique en France?
