Info needed for Woman's Elgin

What year this might be, Has Plate from 1940 on it? What Model? serial number looks like 6864 I will be looking for parts also, Rear drop stand, front light and rear lens for rack

I think that's a 1939 Elgin Miss America. Is there 2 little screw holes in the head shroud or does it say Elgin vertically on the shroud. I have the base model.

It does say Elgin vertically

Not a Miss A ( would have 1 piece skirts/guard/fender and dbl headlights mounted on the head shroud ) or a girls Twin bar ( no such thing ), just a 40-41 Deluxe Sports model, probably lost it fender light ( maybe alien light ) for the basket. looks like it only need the things you mentioned.

It has a 40 plate so I would say 1940 Someone has the front light but lens is broke I would like the rear screw on reflector but I think that will be the hardest part to find.
