Info needed on some pedals

Hey guys. I maybe working at a trade with a friend for these pedals. I'm not too familiar with rat trap style pedals so I am depending on a couple knowledgeable folks here on the Cabe. Are these pedals modern-day, vintage rat traps or are they turn of the century? Also, are they European or American? Thanks ahead of time, Chris

The cutout on the end of the ones with 4 round holes looks like what I've seen used on Ramblers.

Chris, the ones in the top images are the same as what is on my Racycle, I have not been able to determine the manufacturer but the same pattern pedals are shown on the online pedal museum's website and listed as "late 1890's"... I'll find a link for you.
