Info needed on Tilt up bed bike

Not sure what year this bike is so i posted it here .

I was hopung that i could puck your brains again with any info on this bike ... hopung to find out maker , yesr andvwhat would be a good purchase price ... its at a scap yard and i asked them to put aside for me till next week ... i would hate to see it sredded
