Info on chainguard and drop stand

I cant remember when or where I picked these up. I'm thinking the guard is wald. Drop stand is for a 26 inch. Let me know whatcha guys/gals think. Any info is appreciated. Thanks

The chain guard is prewar Shelby. Could have been made by Wald, but it was mostly used on Shelby bikes.
