All references below to Pelham Bicycles (1896-1906) and the Morley Brothers, a hardware store founded in the 1860's, are from The Saginaw News (Saginaw MI)
1896 - First ad with reference to Pelham Bicycles in Saginaw. Ad is for the Michigan Repository Co. Ltd., a wholesale and retail dealer of everything on wheels. They were located in the same building as Morley Brothers. Their is no reference to the Michigan Repository Co. Ltd. after 1896.

1906 - This is the last ad for Pelham Bicycles sold by Morley Brothers. After this, Pelham was the name of a sewing machine they sold.

@Blue Streak thank you for sharing all of these ads. The U of M have specific bicycle details in their archive from internal Morley Bros memos dating from 1901, 1903, and 1905 and those archives reference Pelham. I'm hopeful that they'll have definitive proof of the manufacturer, but it appears to be GWM. Thank you for helping me narrow down the years.
