Cant send picture at this time but badge is on a 16" pedal bike. Badge says COMMANDER. DAYTON TOY CO.SHEBOYGAN WI.Anybody have any help will be appreciated
 
Sounds like it was produced by Garton. That's the same city where they were headquartered. They produced a Commander children's bicycle and also a Commander chain drive tricycle. -Dave
