anyone seen a bike like this? it is for sale in my town. thinking of buying it to just carry in the trunk of my car sometimes. just don`t know a good price.
My mom was given one of those when I was growing up. I remember it being easy and fun to ride, but I was into BMX at the time, so didn’t appreciate it. I believe it had standard 406mm tires (double check to be sure). Which means any roadside find 20” wheel kids bike can be a tire donor. And you can get those in 2.125” width plus really nice tread.
Standard European made by many manufacturers under many names in the 1960s to 80s era. I collect folders and have several included a Safari. Heavy, interesting, not very good riders and most of mine were bought for $75 or less. Roger
