Came across this rear steer tandem with the step through frame in the back. Wondering if this is rarer than most as I’ve seen the step through in the front before. Not sure of year but I’m thinking TOC to the teens? I don’t think the wheels are correct. Interesting bike. Anyone have anymore info on it?
