I think Huffman too. The known Huffman serial numbers are a little all over the place, but 35457 SBH could be late 1941. The H is Huffman, I'm told the B is a short lived dating code for 1941, the S is the type. The only other SBH Huffman I could find is a Firestone Pilot.

You may find some numbers stamped on the rear top of the fork. If you can tell us what they are, or photo them, then we can date the bike to the month it was made.
Post 327 in the link above gives an idea of the fork stamping.
